Would you like to compliment the General Practitioner or do you have a complaint?
Do you have a complaint about the General Practitioner or about one of our HKN employees? Then we would be happy to talk to you to discuss your complaint or concern with you. You can use our complaints mediation for this. Report your complaint via the complaint form, so that it goes directly to the complaints officer.
After completing the complaint form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint. The complaints officer will contact you to discuss how the complaint can be resolved in consultation through mediation. The complaints officer is impartial and does not judge. Everything you tell the complaints officer is confidential.
The complaints officer will always try to handle your complaint satisfactorily. If your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily after the complaints mediation, the complaints officer can help you take further steps, for example via the Disputes Body or the Disciplinary Tribunal.

I have a suggestion or want to give a compliment
We are always open to compliments and suggestions. For example, if you are very satisfied with the service or with an employee or if you have ideas on how things can be improved. You can make your suggestion for improvement or compliment known via the suggestion form.
