{"id":54526,"date":"2024-10-29T11:18:33","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T10:18:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hkn.mindd.dev\/?page_id=54526"},"modified":"2026-05-01T09:08:28","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T07:08:28","slug":"rates","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/huisartsenspoedposthkn.nl\/english\/rates\/","title":{"rendered":"Prices"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rates below will apply from 1 May 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consultation: \u20ac 300.05<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visit: \u20ac 450,07<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triage consultation: \u20ac 35.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are insured in the Netherlands, the costs to the General Practitioner will be reimbursed by your health insurer, because this is covered by the basic package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are insured abroad, you will in principle pay the costs yourself. You can claim these costs from your own health insurer with the voucher you receive. If you have a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) in your own name, please show it to our employee. In that case, we can submit the costs directly to your health insurer and you do not have to pay upfront. Your health insurer determines which costs will be reimbursed and what amount may be at your own expense based on your policy and your deductible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you have questions about your invoice? Mail to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:facturen@hknhuisartsen.nl\">facturen@hknhuisartsen.nl<\/a> and mention the invoice and debtor number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-6f6d905cc018187b503cc63f17cf976b wp-block-paragraph\">If a patient does not show up for the consultation, a triage consultation will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Practical information about your bill<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on your situation, you will receive a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Telephone advice.<\/strong>&nbsp;You will receive an explanation and telephone advice from the triagist, (checked afterwards by the GP).&nbsp;This is also called a&nbsp;<em>triage consultation<\/em>&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consultation.<\/strong>&nbsp;The&nbsp;triage nurse&nbsp;will make an&nbsp;appointment for you with the General Practitioner.&nbsp;A general practitioner&nbsp;will examine you there.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Telephone consultation.<\/strong>&nbsp;The GP will call you back. This is also called a&nbsp;<em>digital consultation<\/em>&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visitors<\/strong>. The GP will visit you&nbsp;at home.&nbsp;A visit is only possible if you cannot come to the General Practitioner for medical reasons.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note: at the General Practitioner you can only pay by card!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I am insured, but I still received an invoice. How is that possible?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When contacting the General Practitioner, you will need to provide your insurance details. Your visit will be declared to your health insurer. If the health insurer informs us that the information is incorrect and we cannot retrieve the correct information, you will receive a personal bill.
